Obesity, also known as overweight or plumpness in the body, can be defined in which people have stored excess body fat, which in future leads to several severe health issues and medical consultancy. Obesity is a big global and commonly found problem, especially in people doing sitting jobs and consuming excessive amounts of junk food, which often translates into being overweight.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the global number of people who suffer from obesity has almost tripled from 1975 to 2016. Almost 2 billion adults have suffered from being overweight, while 650 million of them suffered from serious obesity till 2016.

- Breathlessness – You start feeling breathing problems.
- High blood pressure – Obesity can change your blood pressure level of the body. It can go up which will cause further health problems.
- Diabetes- Blood sugar level goes up with obesity.
- Heart stroke or heart attacks- There are high chances of getting heart attacks or heart stroke with the obesity problem.
- Sweating – You are more likely to get sweat on your face or body due to the excess fat.

- Exercise daily to lose weight
- Read food labels before buying or eating
- Consult a nutritionist for maintaining diet
