An ankle sprain is very commonly found in adults or especially women who wear heels regularly. It happens when someone twists an ankle while doing something as simple as walking or climbing stairs. There are some cases when an ankle sprain does not require any medical attention. But when pain is unbearable or you feel any bone fracture you need an emergency medical treatment.

  • Pain started after twisting or rolling the ankle
