After the approval of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Punjab, as per letter No. PUDA/CTP/2022/1781-1851 dated 14/11/2022 of the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Punjab, the Unauthorized Colonies which are pending and have exceeded the time specified in the regularization policy.

6 months time have been given as an extension period for disposal of the pending cases regarding unauthorized colonies. Giving details about this Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Dr. Nidhi Kumadh Bambha said that regularization is to be done within 6 months, from the date of publication of this notice.
Therefore, the colonizers of unauthorized colonies whose cases are pending should submit their application along with necessary documents/fees to the District Town Planner (R), Gurdaspur (Room No: 408, 3rd Floor, Block-B, District Administrative Complex, Gurdaspur) so that the cases of applied unauthorized colonies can be disposed off within the given time period. She said that it is also hereby informed that no fresh application will be entertained under regularization policy.
