Ladakh: Extension of dates for online receipt/verification of Pre-Matric/Post-Matric/Merit cum Means Scholarship for students belonging to the notified Minority Communities for the year 2020-21
Kargil, November 24
The Director, Social/Tribal Welfare Department UT Ladakh has through a notice informed all the concerned that that the last date for receipt of Online Applications for Pre-matric/Post matric/Merit-cum-Means Scholarships from the eligible students belonging to the six Centrally notified Minority Communities viz; Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Sikh, Jain and Zoroastrian (Parsis) awarded to the students pursuing studies in India in a Government or recognized Private School/Institute/College/University called for Vide their office Notification issued under endorsement No: DSWL/Scholarship/2020/720-34, dated: 14-08-2020 from the above-notified minority communities for the year 2020-2021 on National Scholarship Portal (www.scholarships.gov.in) has been extended up to 30-11-2020.
Further, the last date for 1st and 2nd verification of applications by concerned Nodal Officers has been extended up to 15-12-2020 and 31-12-2020 respectively.
The other terms and conditions contained in the Notice issued Vide No: DS WL/Scholarship/2020/720-34, dated: 14-08-2020 shall remain the same, reads the order.
