Admission in veterinary and fisheries science graduate courses will be done on basis of NEET merit list

Admission to the state quota seats of Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and Bachelor of Fisheries Science courses of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University of Madhya Pradesh Government will be done on the basis of merit list of NEET from the year 2024-25. As per the order of Madhya Pradesh Government, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, the information has been issued by the University. Online applications for these courses can be made on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET up to March 9. NEET entrance exam will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 5:20 pm.

Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairy, Shri Gulshan Bamra said that admission to the 255 i.e. 85% of the state quota seats of Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry course in the Veterinary Science Colleges of Jabalpur, Mhow and Rewa run under Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur will be given on the basis of merit list of NEET starting from the year 2024-25. Similarly, in the Fisheries Science College, Jabalpur run under the University, admission to 46 i.e. 80% seats of the state quota of Bachelor of Fisheries Science course will also be done through NEET from the year 2024-25.
