ACs will not be used in the offices during this period

In compliance of the orders issued by State Government regarding office timings, All the Government offices of the punjab government in Rupnagar District shall work from 8 am to 2 pm till July 10,2021.
Disclosing this in a press communique Mrs. Sonali Giri, Deputy Commissioner said that in order to cut down the power consumption, the State Government has decided that all Punjab Government Offices in Punjab shall function from 8.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m. till 10th July 2021. It is further directed by the Government that the Air Conditioners will not be used in the offices during this period.
Mrs. Sonali Giri said that orders have been circulated to all the departments in Rupnagar District for strict compliance . “These instructions shall take effect immediately.” she added.
