The mortality rate due to some fatal diseases has been brought down considerably given the efforts of people involved in medicine and science. The most fatal of all problems is cancer, it’s treatment is still uncertain and nobody can precisely predict anything about it. Thus, it is essential to keep us safe beforehand. Cancer takes a while before it can be identified and can be fatal if detected at a late stage. We all need to keep a check on our health and take the right measures.

1.Quit Smoking: Smoking is among the top most reasons of deaths due to cancer. Tobacco is extremely harmful and can give you lung cancer. Recovering from lung cancer is very unlikely and would probably result in death.

2.Brisk Walking: Your body needs to remain fit in order to prevent the development of cancer cells in the body. Walking can help you maintain a good immunity and reduce the production of excessive fluids which result in cancer. On an average, a person should walk at least 30 minutes a day which would boost your immunity.

3.Switch To Natural Foods: One should prevent the consumption of junk food and consume whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruits. They provide enough nutrients to our body to fight any foreign particles developing in the body.

4.Maintain Your Weight: It is extremely important to remain fit for a healthy body and mind. Excessive fat in the body can lead to development of tumour, thereby increasing the risk of cancer.

5.Reducing Alcohol Consumption: Go easy on booze. Do not consume more than one glass of alcohol a day as excess of everything is bad. It can lead to liver cancer.
