Chandigarh- December 28 – Chairman, State Finance Commission, Sh. P. Raghavendra Rao presented the report of the State Finance Commission to Haryana Governor, Sh. Bandaru Dattatraya on Tuesday at the Haryana Raj Bhavan.
Sh. Raghavendra Rao informed that the 6th State Finance Commission was constituted on September 22, 2020 and the report has been prepared and submitted to the Governor in a record time of 15 months.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Sh. TVSN Prasad, Member Secretary, Sh. Vikas Gupta, Advisor, Sh. R K Mehta alongwith Mr. Kulwant Khullar, Dr. Mahipal, Sh. Kaushik Bhayadra, Sh. Sirajul Islam and Kumari Geetika were present.
