Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted a sapling of Harsingar at his residence today. Harsingar is a very good medicinal plant. Harsingar (Parijat) is useful in the treatment of many diseases including the digestive system, intestinal worm problems, fever, liver disorders. Drinking the decoction made by boiling its leaves cures chronic knee pain.
