CM Window is playing a crucial role in putting into practice Chief Minister’s zero tolerance policy towards corruption.

Chandigarh, April 20  CM Window is playing a crucial role in putting into practice Chief Minister’s zero tolerance policy towards corruption.
Chief Minister’s OSD, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, who is also monitoring the CM Window from Chandigarh headquarters  stated that complainant Sh. Chaturbhuj, a resident of district Palwal had made a complaint on the CM Window on February 9, 2022 that the District Social Welfare Officer of Faridabad and his driver Satish in connivance with those working in Citizen Service Centres were minting money through fake pension thereby causing loss of crores of rupees to the government. Taking strict cognizance of this a detailed report was sought from the district social welfare officers of Faridabad and Palwal. He said that the officers of the Directorate of Social Welfare, Chandigarh were also misled. The complainant has also accused the Director, Social Welfare Officer’s personal secretary, Sh. Subhash that he is trying to save the social welfare officer Smt. Sushila. He said that in the final report sent on the investigation on the CM window, the CM office was informed that the complaint made by Chaturbhuj against the District Social Welfare Officer of Faridabad, who also has the charge of Palwal, is incorrect and baseless.  It has been said in the report that the pension application forms of Palwal office were pending since September 2020 and the complainant was asking to get the application forms for 2021 approved first by putting political pressure. The report also stated that the complainant was also informed through the CM window and then called by the District Social Welfare Officer, Faridabad to appear in the office on February 23, 2022, as he did not have any evidence.
Sunil Kumar, an enlightened citizen of CM Window, commented on the final report sent by the department that the complainant was called but he refused to come. Thus, the complaint was incorrect and baseless and should be closed.  The report was sent to the CM office with comments on the Action Taken Report by Sunil Kumar, an enlightened citizen of CM Window and without  the signatures of the complainant thereby showing negligence. The primary objective of CM window is to ensure satisfaction of the complainant and the case should be submitted with the signature of the complainant but that was missing . Thus, the CM Office removed, Sunil Kumar (of ward number 20, near Bharat Gas Agency, Hodal, Palwal district) from the list of enlightened citizens.
