3 Ayurvedic remedies to prevent constipation

While appearing to be a regular or daily problem, constipation can actually be the beginning of a number of long-term health issues and consequences since it can lead to stress and worry, fatigue, obesity, blockages, and other issues. Nearly everyone is prone to experiencing constipation-related problems at some point in their lives.

Generally speaking, constipation is defined as having less than three bowel motions per week. In order to prevent the problem from getting worse, you should start some home remedies as soon as your stool or feces becomes harder after three days and requires pressure to pass. If your stools are also dry, painful, and hard, or if you feel like you haven’t completely emptied your bowels, you may also be constipated.

Ayurveda claims there are various natural ways to relieve constipation. Some of these include the following:

1. Haritaki and castor oil – Haritaki, also called Terminalia Chebula, is well known for its laxative properties, while castor oil aids in toxin removal and Vata balance. This facilitates smooth bowel motions by reducing inflammation.

2. Black raisins: These are a fantastic digestive aid and have vata-reducing characteristics that relieve gas and bloating. Pitta and acidity are both reduced by its cooling action. 20 black raisins should be soaked in a glass of water overnight. Every morning, smash it and chew the resins while drinking the juice.

3. Sesame oil: It has the ability to balance Vata. Apply a small amount of lukewarm sesame oil to the navel and gently massage for 10 seconds in a circular motion. Additionally, I advise taking one Aampachak tablet twice daily to encourage regular bowel movements.

 

Some people may experience major constipation, in which case they should choose a 2- to 3-week detox regimen that lubricates and dissolves dried toxins from the digestive tract. Once the poisons have been dissolved, the body expels them using enemas and other laxative procedures that have been specifically created for the purpose. Digestion functions perform significantly better than they did prior to such cleansing. Smooth bowel motion starts to occur. More nutrients are absorbed than ever before, giving the body enough of vivid vitality to perform with. Getting rid of the pollutants also helps to clear the mind, giving you a focused and contented mind.
