The Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam gave away the greetings to the people on the occasion of Dussehra. In a message on the eve of Dussehra, the Chief Secretary said that this festival is a celebration of victory of good over evil, truth over untruth and motivates us to adopt the path of honesty. The Chief Secretary also hoped that the festival will strengthens the bond of brotherhood, and asked people to take all measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19.
