As per directions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, under the guidance of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ajay Tewari, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court-cum-Executive Chairman, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Sh. R.S. Rai, Ld. District & Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar organized closing ceremony of “PAN India Awareness and Outreach Programme” at District SAS Nagar in which all the villages have been covered from 2nd October, 2021 to 14th
November, 2021.

Walkathon was organized by District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar to make the people aware about free legal services in which more than 150 persons including Judicial Officers, employees and people from different walks of life participated. The walkathon was started from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Sohana and culminated at District Courts Complex, SAS Nagar.
Apart from this, walkathon was also organized at Sub-Divisions Dera Bassi and Kharar.
On the closing ceremony of PAN India Awareness and Outreach Programme Sh. R.S. Rai, Ld. District & Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Sh. Arun Gupta Ld. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar and Sh. Mandeep Mittal, Ld. Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Additional Member Secretary, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar addressed the gathering and media correspondents regarding the Pan India Awareness and Outreach Programme that District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar in which on 341 villages have been covered thrice from 02.10.2021 to 14.11.2021 and the message of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi has been conveyed to each and every person of the district.
A special thank note was also delivered by Sh. R. S. Rai Ld. District & Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar to all the Judicial officers, staff, media persons at the closing ceremony of “PAN India Awareness and Outreach Programme”
