HOW TO KEEP UP YOUR IMMUNITY WHILE FASTING

 

Daily fasting is an important part of our tradition on this occasion of Sharadiya Navratri. Some people show their devotion by fasting for the entire nine days, while some people fast only on Ashtami. But this year is different from other years. This year it is also necessary for us to have a strong immunity to fight the corona virus whilefasting for Navratri. For this we should take full care of our diet and lifestyle. To do this, you can follow a simple diet plan.

1.Morning:

7:00 a.m.– Take a decoction of celery with 2 glasses of water. Apart from this, you can also take amla, ginger and turmeric water.

7:30a.m.– 2 dates and figs

8:00a.m.Drink green tea or tea without milk

9:30a.m.– Boiled potatoes, homemade cottage cheese, a bowl of curd or milk can be consumed as breakfast.

10:00a.m.– a fruit

2.Midday:

12: 30p.m.Chhach

1:00p.m.– If you are having a mixed meal, there is nothing better than a bowl of sabudana.

3.Night:

4: 00p.m.– Milk tea

5: 00p.m.– Ginger and turmeric decoctio.

6: 00p.m.– Eat dry fruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts.

7:30p.m.– A fruit, sabudana khichdi, potato.

10: 00p.m.-Drink two glasses of water before bed.

This diet chart helps in increasing your immunity. It helps you in fighting other diseases besides corona. You will be able to succeed in your Navratri fast with this plan without any hindrance and at the same time you will not have to compromise your health. The danger of coronawill not come between you and your reverence.
