“Press Aam Aadmi Party’s broom button this time to change the fortunes of Punjab” appealed Bhagwant Mann Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Punjab President and MP while addressing a Jan Sabha here today. Mann said that we will end all the basic problems of the people of Punjab and provide them ample opportunities for education, business and employment in the State. Aam Aadmi Party will establish honest and stable government in Punjab and will root out the loot, corruption and mafia spread in the governance system.

On Saturday, Mann addressed a Jan Sabha in support of AAP MLA Kultar Singh Sandhwan from Kotkapura and Amolak Singh, AAP candidate from Jaito. While addressing the Jan Sabha, Mann accused the previous Badal-BJP and the present Congress government and said that the condition of the government education system was pitiable and children of poor and downtrodden were deprived of education under a well-planned conspiracy. Referring to the remarkable work of the AAP government in the field of education and health, Mann promised the people that the way the Kejriwal government provided free quality education and medical facilities to the people of Delhi along with opportunities of free treatment and education for all, similarly, AAP government shall guarantee good quality education and medical treatment to all free of cost.
Mann said while the leaders of the Congress party are fighting among themselves for their vested interests, the Aam Aadmi Party is fighting to end the problems of the common people of Punjab, poverty, hunger, unemployment, inflation, corruption and mafia. He said that the governance system of Punjab has collapsed due to the internal fight of the Congress. The state is ruled by criminals, mafia and smugglers, due to which the common people of Punjab are constrained to suffer.
Lashing out at Navjot Sidhu, Bhagwant Mann said that when Arvind Kejriwal had given a guarantee of Rs. 1000 as financial assistance to all women above 18 years of Punjab, Sidhu was abusing Kejriwal and was questioning about the sources of money. Now by imitating Kejriwal, he himself is promising Rs. 2000 per month to women along with free LPG cylinders. Can Sidhu now explain from where will this much money come? Have they got any curerncy printing machine now? He said that Congress is actually running a circus in Punjab and not the government.
Mann said that the Aam Aadmi Party walks the talk and does not make vague promises.
Whatever promises Kejriwal has fulfilled all the promises that he made to the people of Delhi. After formation of AAP Government in Punjab, all the guarantees given by Arvind Kejriwal to the people of Punjab shall be fulfilled and Punjab will be put back on track of prosperity.
AAP MLA Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Sukhjit Singh Dhillon, Ved Prakash, Surjit Singh Bhatti, Jagjit Singh, Pradeep Kaur Dhillon, Gurmeet Singh Aarewale, Prof. Sadhu Singh Former MP, AAP candidate from Faridkot Gurdit Singh Sekhon, Sandeep Kameana, Gurmeet Dhurkot, Sukhwant Singh Pakka, Gurdeep Sharma, Mintoo Gill, Sanjeev Kalra were present at jansabha in Kotkapura. On the other hand, Sukhjit Dhilwan, Paramjit Rameana, AAP candidates Amolak Singh, Laxman Singh, Gurbhej Brar and Jasmail Brar along with AAP volunteers in large number were present in the public meeting of Jaito.
