VIDHAN SABHA SPEAKER EXPRESSED GRIEF OVER THE SAD DEMISE OF CHAUDHRY SANTOKH SINGH

Chandigarh, January 14:

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan has expressed deep grief over the sad demise of Member of Parliament and senior Congress leader Chaudhary Santokh Singh.

1. Sandhwan said that Chaudhry Santokh Singh has worked tirelessly for the betterment of the downtrodden people of the society throughout his life and played an effective role in parliamentary democracy. While expressing sympathy with the bereaved family members, S. Sandhwan prayed to God for peace for the departed soul and gave the strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
