EXERCISES FOR A BEAUTIFUL NECK

A beautiful neck is what makes women look very attractive. With age, the skin around neck can get droopy and look bad. People use several cosmetics to lift the skin around neck. However, most of the cosmetics are unlikely to work. However, don’t be disappointed. You can make your neck look as beautiful as that of swan by practicing simple exercises on a daily basis. Here are some of them-

1.Exercise For A Beautiful Jawline-

• Put your finger on the chin.

• Now slowly move your neck back while keeping your finger in place.

•Take control of your breathing.

• Return to your initial position and practice it thrice everyday.

2.Exercise To Uplift Your Skin Around Neck-

• Stand straight and lift your hands above your head. Bring both the arms together with hands above your head. However, do not touch your hands on the top of your head.

• Exert some pressure and lift up your shoulders along with your arms. At the same time look down and pull your chin below.

• Return to the initial position and repeat.

• Practice this exercise at least twice a day.

3.Exercise To Get Rid Of Double Chin-

• Place both your hands near your collar bones and pull up your muscles by exerting pressure from your hands.

• Now lower your head and stick your chin to the collar bones.

• Stretch the neck muscles and return to the initial position.

• Repeat.

4.Exercise For Elongated Neck-

• Stand straight with your knees shoulder width apart.

• Remain relaxed.

• Slowly pull up your shoulders using some force.

• Slowly return back to normal.

• Repeat the exercise several times.

• The exercise helps in stretching your neck muscles making the skin firm and tight. This can be helpful for aging women. Practice these exercises at least thrice a week to see the results.
