A Spokesperson of the Accountant General said here today that annual GPF accounts statement for the financial year 2020-21 of HP Government employees has been uploaded on the state government website www.himkosh.nic.in for the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers for distribution amongst the employees under them.
He said that the GPF statements could be downloaded by opening the HP Government website using Treasury code, DDOs code and password. The password should be changed for security reasons, which is available on the same page.
The Spokesperson said that the subscribers could obtain their annual GPF account statements from the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officer. In case of any discrepancy, they can point out to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, online in complaint or suggestion box or through e-mail at agaehimachalpradesh@cag.gov.in or by making correspondence. Full particulars of any missing credits/debits may be sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla duly certified by their Drawing and Disbursing Officers by the end of September, 2021. The annual GPF statements can also be seen at www.aghp.cag.gov.in.
