Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha expressed his grief over the death of prominent J&K businessman and philanthropist Dharam Vir Batra. Expressing his condolences to the family, he said “Saddened by the passing away of Lala Dharam Vir Batra. he gave his whole life to social work. He will be remembered for the efforts he made to serve the deprived and underprivileged sections of society. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.”
