Continuing to distribute grant under ‘Har Ghar Pakki Chhat’ campaign, Ludhiana Central MLA Surinder Dawar distributed cheques in ward numbers 52, 53, 54, 55 today.

The cheques worth Rs.12000 were distributed to 95 families in ward number 53 and 81 families in ward number 55.
Mr Dawar said he is on a mission to support people of his constituency and uplift their lives. “I want everyone in my constituency to live a quality life. For that purpose, I am doing what it takes to live a life without feeling any scarcity of the basic amenities,” he said. He has been distributing cheques to hundreds of families to help them repair their roofs, he added.
Residents in the wards hailed Mr Dawar their representative calling him a true leader. “Dawar Saab has been helping us in many ways. The cheques he is giving to the economically weaker section is only an example of his benevolence and leadership,” a resident of ward number 55 said.
