How to make effective turmeric milk 

Take a pinch of turmeric, one glass of milk, a pinch of cinnamon, pepper powder, and a little amount of jaggery. All these ingredients boost the overall immune system.

Method

Add milk to a pot, add cinnamon stick and jaggery powder. Boil the milk on a low flame and stir in between so that the ingredients get mixed well.

After one boil, add turmeric powder and black pepper powder. 

Keep it for just 1-2 minutes on low flame.

Strain the milk into a cup and serve hot.
