Chandigarh, April 8 – Taking forward the call made by Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi to the people of the country for a self-reliant India, a one-day workshop on the topic “Swawlambi Yuva – Aatmanirbhar Bharat” was organized by Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula.
Giving information in this regard, Additional Chief Secretary, Technical and Higher Education Department, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan said that the objective of the workshop is to prepare ‘Technopreneurs’ to develop and strengthen an ecosystem of self-employment in polytechnical institutions.
He said that a dedicated website https://prarambh.co.in was launched during the workshop related to “Swawlambi Yuva” Abhiyan. On this website, complete information about various entrepreneurship schemes, counseling and other assistance being provided to the entrepreneurs of the department will be available. He said that all the training and placement officers of 45 State Technical Institutions and newly designated self-reliant coordinators participated in the workshop.
The dignitaries and experts present on the occasion congratulated the Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula for this initiative of developing the job providers more than the job seekers.
