Prof Raj Kumar,Vice Chancellor Panjab University Chandigarh expressed his deep grief on the passing away of legendary Indian Sprinter Shri Milkha Singh, the sporting icon, popularly known as Flying Sikh. The story of his strengths will continue to inspire generations of Indians. Panjab University had the privilege of awarding him Khel Rattan at its Convocation in 2018.
