Cabinet Minister Sardar Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal’s promise to install lights and CCTV cameras in Ajnala city is going to be fulfilled in a few days, as Chief Minister S Bhagwant Singh Mann has released Rs 1.61 crore for the same.

Cabinet Minister S. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal revealed that 92.72 lakh rupees have been released for 200 high quality lights and 62.22 lakh rupees for 130 CCTV cameras in the city.

He said that the power station of Ajnala city, which was built in 1968, is being upgraded to 220 K after 55 years at a cost of  25 crore rupees. He said that this work will be started in next few days.

He said that I will fulfill all the promises and will also  share the work done so far with the people of Ajnala in written. S. Dhaliwal said that dividers will be constructed on all main roads to make the city beautiful and these also help in traffic control. Apart from this, the main roads will be connected to each other by constructing bypasses around the city.

He said Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann has fulfilled all my demand  for Ajnala development . He said that about 78 lakh rupees have been released for the Government schools of Ajnala city and 28 crore rupees for all the government schools of Ajnala constituency. He said that in a few days the work of cleaning the Saki drain is also being started. S. Dhaliwal said that my job is to develop my constituency, not to divide or blame anyone.
