Although we live in nuclear households, it is critical to have a support system in place that includes parents, in-laws, and siblings who can rally around the new mother and encourage her during the pregnancy. It’s vital to work as a team to get through the tough times and offer the new mother with the resources and fortitude she needs to deal with any problem.
