Chandigarh, March 15 – Now land registration will be done up to a distance of 100 meters from Faridabad Air Force Station in Haryana, for which the process will be started within 48 hours.

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala gave this assurance in response to a question raised by a member of the House during the budget session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha here today.  He said that many years ago, without the permission of the government, an officer banned the registration of lands here. Investigation will also be done against that officer to figure out the reason.

Sh. Dushyant Chautala informed that permission will have to be taken from the Urban Local Bodies Department on the registry of land having an area of more than one acre.  Whereas, for registration of land of less than one acre, permission will have to be taken from the Town and Country Planning and Urban Local Bodies Department.

In response to another question raised in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, the Deputy Chief Minister said that a road will be built in Charkhi Dadri from Charkhi-Ghasola link road to Bhiwani-Rohtak bypass via Mejban Chowk, for which the Deputy Commissioner of Dadri has been directed to take NOC within a month. He said that NOC has to be obtained from the Irrigation and Water Resources Department for the construction of this four and a half kilometer long road. The work of building the road will be started as soon as the NOC comes to the PWD department.
