To celebrate the 75th Independence Day, an event was organized at Grain Market, Kharar. The National Flag was hoisted by SDM Kharar Akash Bansal, IAS.
On this occasion, Chief Guest handed over 5 tricycles, 10 sewing machines with stand and 20 ceiling fans provided by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Swaraj Division Foundry to the needy & poor villagers of village Majri. The Chief Guest honored Mr. Arun Raghav Head ER, Admin & CSR Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Swaraj Division & Mr. AS Rao, Plant Head Swaraj Division Foundry for this act of kindness. The Village Sarpanch of Majri, Mr. Jagdeep Singh Rana expressed his gratitude towards Swaraj Division Foundry for supporting the needy villagers.
