Secretary, Youth Services and Sports, Ravinder Kumar today convened a preliminary meeting for the upcoming 2nd edition of Zanskar Winter Sports and Youth Festival 2022-22, in the presence of Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal.

During the meeting, all the stakeholders shared their opinions and suggestion to make the event a grand success.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner, Leh/Kargil; Councillor, Cha constituency, Stanzin Lakpa; officers/officials from Tourism and Youth Services Sports Department; representative from ITBP Leh, Ladakh tour operators and Ladakh winter sports associations.
