World Sight Day 2022: 4 best eye exercises to improve eyesight

It’s becoming more and more common to spend all day in front of a screen, which is a bad habit that particularly harms our eye health. Our eyes are more fatigued than ever before due to excessive blue screen exposure as our reliance on various technology, including computers, smartphones, and television, grows.
When utilizing electronics, bad posture might make this digital eye strain worse. Numerous eye conditions, including dry eyes, itchy eyes, blurred vision, headaches, and red eyes, could result from this.
