Aged people above 6o years above, obese people, diabetic patients, or blood pressure patients have high chances of developing heart-related diseases.

The discomfort felt in the chest: 

One of the most usual signs of heart danger is displeasure in the chest. If you have a blocked artery or are having a heart attack, you may go through pain, tightness, or pressure in your chest. This feeling usually lasts longer than a few minutes. Reasons behind this are either when you are at rest or when you’re performing some physical activity.

Nausea, Indigestion, Heartburn, or Stomach Pain: 

Above mentioned are some symptoms that are signs of a heart attack. People may even feel vomit, an expert says. These symptoms women witness more than men.

Pain that Spreads to the Arm: 

Another heart attack symptom is pain that radiates down the left side of the body. Experts described that some patients only witness arm pain that results in heart attacks

These signs may lead to dizziness or faintness for a moment. Sometimes, people don’t eat or drink much in the pain which leads to weakness or sometimes they stand in one hunt which also leads to dizziness.

Exhaustion or extreme weakness, sometimes for a few days at a time, can be a symptom of heart disease, especially for women.

Snoring

But unusually loud snoring sounds like gasping. When you stop breathing for a few moments many times during night time while you are still sleeping puts extra pressure on the heart which worsen the condition.

Sweating

Sweating in the cold season is a direct signal of a heart attack. And if some more symptoms happen then you need urgent medical attention.
