SEVEN COMPANIES PARTICIPATE IN JOB FAIR, 126 YOUTHS TAKE PART

Under Ghar-Ghar Rozgar program of Punjab Government, District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises (DBEE) organised a job fair in its office on Friday.
A total of 126 youths took part in the job fair out of which 73 got placements.
Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori who said that seven companies including Future Generalli, Agile Future, Narayni Herbals, Brilliant Insurance Pvt Ltd, Kotake Life Insurance, NIIT, and ShriRam Insurance participated in the fair.
Mr. Thori said that the job fairs were being organized to fulfil the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s to provide jobs to every unemployed youth across the district. He said the Ghar-Ghar Rozgar program was all set to transform the destiny of the youth of the state by providing job opportunities to them.
The DC further said that the selection of the youth for jobs was being done purely on merit through a fair and transparent system.
