CM Window and Twitter handle providing a helping hand in dengue as well

Chandigarh, November 11 – The CM Window and Twitter handle, which has already proven its mettle in resolving grievances of general public, is now rendering a helping hand in preventing the spread of dengue and is also facilitating patients.

OSD to Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, who is also monitoring the CM Window and Twitter Handle from Chandigarh, shared that a dengue patient was admitted in the Civil Hospital, Sector-6, Panchkula on October 24, 2021.  At about 08.56 pm, Prabh-Agnachakshu tweeted from @prabhy1 with regard to non-availability of kit in the hospital. He had tweeted that the hospital staff is asking to buy this kit from the market. It is also not available in the market as well, he added. He requested to take up the matter on humanitarian grounds. He further added that donor is ready to give plasma.

Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal informed that immediate cognizance was taken by the Chief Minister’s Office and instructions were given to the hospital authorities to arrange the required kit.  In-charge of the Blood Bank, Dr. Manoj Tyagi informed that he has spoken to the complainant on the phone and the problem has been resolved.

He further shared that on October 25, 2021 at 8:55 pm in his retweet he said thanks and added that due to the timely action taken by the CM Window, the hospital had arranged for the kit and the condition of the girl is improving. The girl’s mother has expressed her gratitude for this noble work.

Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal informed that Abhishek Kaushik from Yamunanagar district tweeted on October 24, 2021 at 4:25 pm that the number of dengue patients in Dusani village were increasing day by day and some are in serious condition. He requested for fogging in the village. He said that immediate action was taken after cognizance of the tweet by the CM’s office and he thanked @mlkhattar, @MLAGhanshyam, @cmohry,@DC_YNR@anilvijminister for fogging in his retweet on October 27, 2021 at 4:06 am. The Deputy Civil Surgeon (Malaria) Yamunanagar has also stated in his report that on October 26, 2021, fogging was done in Dusani village and the complainant Abhishek Kaushik has also expressed his satisfaction.
