Martyrdom is the biggest sacrifice for the country: Dushyant Chautala

Deputy Chief Minister unveiled the statue of Shaheed Bhupender Singh in village Bass

Chandigarh, September 5 – Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the brave soldiers of Haryana have contributed the most in sports and in the army. While the young players of our state are bringing medals for the country, whereas the soldiers standing on the border are ensuring the security of the country.

The Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala was addressing a public meeting after unveiling the statue of Shaheed Bhupender Singh in village Bass of Charkhi Dadri district today. He said that youth hailing from Haryana is more than ten percent in the Indian Army. He said we have a sizable number of ex-servicemen and serving soldiers from every village and city. He further said we should be grateful to all those brave martyrs and ex-servicemen who came home after protecting the borders for 20 to 25 years long service. It is their sacrifice that has kept the country safe.

While appreciating the family of Martyr Bhupender Chauhan, the Deputy Chief Minister said that sending beloved of the family for the service of the country is nothing less than a sacrifice. The young generation of the village will keep drawing inspiration from the life of this brave martyr. He said that the government has now made a law that the government school in the village will be named after the martyr of that village. He said that this campaign started from Jind district but now it has been implemented in all 22 districts of Haryana.

Sh. Dushyant Singh Chautala announced the construction of a community hall and library in village Bass on receiving the proposal of the Panchayat. On this occasion Former MLA and Chairman of Haryana Housing Board, Sh. Rajdeep Phogat, Former Minister, Sh. Satpal Sangwan were also present.
