Here are some easy tips which can help you to avoid getting sick when the temperature changes:
Maintain Good Hygiene: To keep the germs away, cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing. Wash your hands immediately after you sneeze to prevent the infection. Always wear clean clothes and change them every day, especially undergarments.
Stay Hydrate: Drinking several glasses of water daily is necessary. Water protects your body from illness and disease by flushing toxins and helps you absorb nutrients.
Eat a healthy diet: Eat food rich in vitamins, minerals that strengthen your immune system. As we all know the body is like a machine, and food is the fuel that a machine needs to work. So, add Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B to your daily diet. Eat fresh fruits once a day. Leafy vegetables are good for health care.
Take rest: Your body needs a recharge so that it can work on the next day, so seven to eight hours of sleep is a must. It gives strength to the immune system and refreshes your mind. If you have time in the afternoon then go for a nap as it relieves the daily stress and gives a break to the brain.
Dress Accordingly: When the weather starts changing, then one of the silly mistakes a human make is the right choice of clothing. There is a cold and breezy wind outside but people wear trendy clothes and then catch the flu. This flu further creates health problems.
