Also supervises training of micro observers

General Observer for Samrala, Khanna and Payal constituencies Annavi Dinesh Kumar IAS today visited several election training venues in Samrala, Khanna & Payal areas and issued necessary instructions to the staff. Later, he also supervised the training of micro observers in these areas.

He made it clear that following the instructions of the Election Commission of India, every effort should be made to conduct this election fair, transparent and in a fear-free environment.
He said that every polling station would be closely monitored. No mischievous element should be spared. Every effort should be made to prevent possible untoward incidents at polling stations.
