Chandigarh, July 24– Haryana Minister of State for Archaeology & Museums and Labour & Employment, Mr. Anoop Dhanak said that the State Government is ready to extend every possible help to the family who recently lost their 50 animals at their dairy farm in Nangthala village of Hisar district.

Mr. Anoop Dhanak today visited the Dairy Farm owned by Mr. Ranvir Singh where the animals had died and consoled him and his family members.

On this occasion, he enquired about the matter from Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Dr. Rajendra Vats and a team of experts from Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS).

Later he also inquired about the measures being taken regarding the well-being of the health of the rest of the animals. He was apprised that the teams of Animal Husbandry Department and LUVAS doctors are taking care of animals day and night. Three teams of veterinarians are working in 8-hour shifts each to ensure that the remaining animals are kept safely. The Minister directed that adequate arrangements shall be made at both department and administration level to ensure that adequate arrangements are made for the safety of the animals.

The Minister said that this is probably the first such incident in the district in which animals belonging to one family have died untimely and it is certain that the incident has left the family members in deep shock.

The Minister of State said that he had spoken to Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala on the very next day of the incident and requested that all possible compensation should be provided to the family.
