Health diseases caused by vitamin B12 deficiency

Vitamin B12 is a simple vitamin to obtain, whether via diet or supplementation, which is a good thing because a deficiency can harm your nerves and cognition for a long time.

Vitamin B12 shortage can cause everything from minor tiredness to serious neurological problems.

According to Villamor, persons who are deficient in vitamin B12 have a variety of symptoms depending on how long they have been without it.
