Gender: As per the facts, before puberty boys suffer more migraines than girls. That flips in the teen years and by age 17, as many as 8% of boys and 23% of girls have had a migraine. For adults, migraines are more common in women.

Sleep disorder and Stress: Sleep schedules in which sometimes you don’t get enough sleep or you sleep untimely can also be a reason for migraine triggers. Stress is a factor that changes your sleep schedule so you need to lower down stress levels.

Physical Activity: Putting your hard efforts while exercising or lifting heavy objects daily can sometimes trigger migraines. To prevent that you need to do mild exercises as it will reduce the number of attacks.

Unhealthy diet:Eating untimely and skipping a healthy diet can also be a reason for migraine pain. When you consume too much caffeine and spicy foods then also you suffer from headaches. Dehydration is also one of the reasons for pain as water is a necessity of our body.

Weather: Sudden change in weather, stormy weather or we can say extreme heat or cold, bright sunlight and glare, high humidity or very dry air can be the causes for the migraine headache
