Home remedies to treat bloated stomach

After eating your favorite meals and delightful desserts we come across the health issue called indigestion. As we eat more than our capacity.

Here are some strategies to ease your stomach problems.

Drink herbal tea:
Whenever you feel that you are uneasy due to overeating, just make a good herbal tea. Sipping on herbal teas can improve the movement of food through your digestive tract and give relief from discomfort.  Herbal teas include chamomile, chicory, or green tea which are effective to cure indigestion.

Peppermint:
A property named menthol is present in the peppermint that soothes your gas issue, indigestion, and nausea.  It facilitates stomach acid to flow adequately.  You can try either peppermint tea or peppermint chewing gum for instant relief.

Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar contains healthy properties that rebuild the gut mechanism.  Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink up.

Just one pinch of Turmeric:
Turmeric has one property called curcumin compound which is known to cure the discomfort caused by overeating. Just add a pinch of turmeric to a glass of hot water and squeeze lemon. Drink it.

Drink Spicy Lemonade:

Make lemonade and add one ingredient, cayenne pepper to it. It will work magnificently as it does the liver detox and eliminates excess food from your body.  It will also calm gas, bloating, and acid reflux-related issues.

Eating Papaya Or Pineapple:
Fruits are also a good remedy to cure bloating or indigestion. You can eat either fresh papaya or pineapple which have natural digestive enzymes that support digestion and help break down proteins in your GI system.

Go for a walk:
Take a walk after overeating to promote digestion. But ensure that you don’t run or jog, just have a brisk walk for the next 15 minutes and you will feel better and relaxed.
