• In all educational programs, instructional methods and strategies about mixed diversity and affinity for neighborhood setting, constantly remembering that training is a simultaneous subject;

Absolute value and consideration as the foundation of all enlightening options to guarantee that all understanding can flourish in the training framework;
Cooperative energy in educational programs on all degrees of training from classroom instruction to youth care and advanced education;
As the core of the instructor and workforce learning cycle – their enrollment, continuous expert turn of events, positive workplaces and governance positions;
