5 food combinations to get rid of constipation

Constipation or irregular bowel motions are a typical gut health problem brought on by an unhealthy way of living. Your gut problems may be caused by a lack of fiber-rich foods, such as green vegetables and fruits, a lack of water intake, a lack of exercise, or a frequent intake of fried or spicy foods. Constipation is something that affects us all occasionally due to changes in routine, stress, or travel, but experiencing it regularly indicates that some lifestyle choices need to be changed.

The following are some natural treatments for constipation:

1. FLAX SEEDS POWDER + YOGURT

Bifidobacterium lactis, a probiotic strain found in yogurt, is helpful in regulating the digestive tract, while flaxseeds are a good source of soluble fiber. Water dissolves soluble fiber, softening and facilitating stool passage.

2. AMLA JUICE

Early in the morning, 30 cc of amla juice combined with a glass of water helps improve digestion and relieve constipation.

3. OAT BRAN

High levels of soluble and insoluble fiber in oat bran may aid with constipation and promote intestinal health.

4. GHEE + MILK

Butyric acid, which is abundant in ghee and helps to move feces along, enhances intestinal metabolism. It is useful to take 1 teaspoon of ghee in a cup of hot milk before bed to prevent constipation the following morning.

5. LEAFY GREEN

In addition to being high in fiber, vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts are also excellent sources of folate and the vitamins C and K. These vegetables aid in giving stools weight and volume, which facilitates bowel movement.
