Baking Soda: Baking soda is used as a medicine for treating gastritis for years as it has an antacid, which reduces stomach acid levels. Simply mix the baking soda into the water until it no longer appears opaque. Then, it can be consumed according to your requirements.

Chamomile Tea: This tea is known to relieve pain from the intestine, pain, and aids with gas expulsion. Add one or two teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers to boiling water. Cover the pan, and keep it for five minutes and then drink.

Ice cold Water: Take a glass full of ice-cold water and add some sugar into it, stir well and then drink it. It will keep body fluids stable and soothe your throat or chest pain if any.
