POONCH, MAY 31, 2021: Department of Computer Science, Government Degree College Poonch, today organized a webinar on “Google Tools for Educators II”, the fourth in the series of lectures on “Advances in Computational Sciences”
The webinar was attended by over 130 participants including students, teachers of various colleges and other institutions. The webinar was managed by faculty Department of Computer Science, Dr. Tariq Hussain Sheikh.
In his introductory speech, Dr. Tariq Hussain Sheikh explained the concept of Advances in Computational Sciences. He explained the role of Artificial Intelligence in futuristic computational sciences.
Prof.(Dr.) Atul Gonsi, Department of Computer Science Surashtra University Rajkote, Gujarat, gave his expert talk on “Google Tools for Educators II.”
He elaborated various tools of Google which are very effective for the online teaching learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. He explained Google forms, Google Script, Google website, tools of Google in an elaborative manner.
Prof. Mussaraf Hussain Shah, Principal of the host College briefed the idea of advances in computational sciences. He described that these Google tools are quite handy for conducting teaching learning process effectively. He appreciated the organizing Committee for holding such a fruitful event and directed to organise more such type of events in future also.
Prof. Riaz Ahmed, Head Department of Computer Science and IT, Government Degree College Poonch thanked Prof. (Dr.) Atul Gonsi for sparing his time in providing useful full & informative talk.
