Food items which should be included in your diet while you’re suffering from jaundice are:

Fresh fruits and vegetables: To drink fresh juice of fruits and vegetables containing high goodness of nutrients during the jaundice is very important. During jaundice, our digestive system needs some rest so the heavy meal can be harmful. Fruits like oranges, berries, papayas, and apples contain healthy digestive enzymes and some vital vitamins like C, K and B.

Water: One of the significant parts of your recovery is staying hydrated. Apart from keeping your body hydrated, fluids flush out the toxins from the body. It is highly recommended to consume fluids throughout a day and also you can add some lemon, mint, cucumber to add a little concoction of infused water.
