In a spirited celebration of the 75th Republic Day, Saroop Rani Government College for Women, Asr witnessed a patriotic fervor that resonated across its campus. The day commenced with the unfurling of the national flag by the esteemed Principal, Prof.(Dr.)Daljit Kaur, who also delivered motivational speech, inspiring students and faculty to uphold the values of unity, diversity, and progress. Teachers and students from various departments also shed light on the fundamental rights and duties of citizens.
The enthusiastic participation of NSS and NCC students highlighted the college’s commitment to instilling values of discipline and service among the youth. The melodious performances by the Department of Music added a vibrant cultural dimension to the celebration. The air resonated with the harmonious tunes of patriotic songs, creating an atmosphere of pride and camaraderie. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets among faculty and students.
