Vitamin D is a type of nutrient that the body produces when a person’s skin has exposure to direct sunlight. People can also consume vitamin D.   • Fish: Salmon is a fat fish enriched with Vitamin D. Eat frequent times to meet the result. It has numerous properties which boost the immune system.
  • Egg yolk: Eggs have proteins in it. People, who don’t like fish, can switch to eggs, especially its yellow part which has a high quantity of vitamin D in it.
  • Mushrooms: This veggie has a high rate of vitamins in it which is usually cooked at home. You can even have it twice a week. Add some cumin and black pepper as it will add a taste to your dish.
  • Dairy products: Some dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and much more contain the vitamins. This will also cure your deficiency soon. Eating a bowl of yogurt at lunch is beneficial.
